Infieldr ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our field service management platform and related services.
By using Infieldr, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services.

- •Business name and address
- •Payment and billing information
- •Employee and customer data you input into the platform

We automatically collect:

Location Data (Infieldr Mobile App)
The Infieldr mobile app requests access to your device's precise location to enable the core field-service workflows below. We only collect location data after you explicitly grant permission through the operating system. We do not sell or rent location data to advertisers or data brokers. Location data is shared only with service providers and authorized third parties who perform field-service operations on our behalf (such as your employer or the business using the Infieldr platform).
What we collect and why:
- •Foreground GPS (only while the app is open): used to verify clock-in/clock-out happens at the job site, to navigate to customer addresses, and to retrieve local weather for job planning.
- •Background GPS (only after a separate "Allow all the time" prompt, only during your active work hours, and only when location tracking is enabled in the app's settings): used to give your dispatcher a live map of your location for assigning nearby jobs, and to send customers accurate "tech is on the way" arrival times.
What we do NOT do:
- •We do not track your location outside of work hours when background tracking is enabled, and we never track location at all when the feature is disabled in the app.
- •We do not sell or rent your location data to advertisers or data brokers. Location data is shared only with our service providers (hosting, analytics, and similar vendors performing services on our behalf) and authorized third parties performing field-service operations on our behalf (such as your employer or the business using the Infieldr platform).
- •We do not use location data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose outside the field-service workflows described above.
Your controls:
- •Revoke location access at any time in your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Infieldr; Android: Settings → Apps → Infieldr → Permissions → Location).
- •Disable the live-tracking feature in the Infieldr app at Profile → Settings → Location Tracking, independently of the OS permission.
Retention: Live-tracking location points are retained for up to 90 days for dispatch operations and historical route review, then deleted. Aggregated route summaries (start/end of day, total distance) are retained for the duration of your account for payroll and business reporting purposes.
