Accessibility Policy

Infieldr is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Our Commitment

At Infieldr, we believe that everyone should have equal access to our field service management platform. We are committed to providing a website and application that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Accessibility Standards

Infieldr strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.

WCAG 2.1 AA Compliance

WCAG 2.1 Level AA covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible. Conformance with these guidelines helps make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including accommodations for blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.

We also align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements for digital accessibility.

Ongoing Efforts

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. Our approach includes:

  • Regular accessibility audits by internal teams and third-party experts
  • Accessibility training for our development and design teams
  • Integration of accessibility testing into our development process
  • User testing with people who have disabilities
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of accessibility features

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include content from third-party providers, such as embedded maps, payment processors, or integrated services. While we strive to work only with partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content will meet the same accessibility standards.

If you encounter accessibility barriers with any third-party content, please let us know, and we will work to find alternative solutions where possible.
